Bruce Larson - Non-Executive Chairperson

Bruce is an experienced senior mining executive with 30 years' experience in the minerals industry, including 21 years with the Rio Tinto Group. Bruce held various senior management and business development roles within Rio Tinto including being a member of the task force teams that led Rio Tinto's successful takeovers of North Ltd and Ashton Mining. Bruce was also a Director of Rio Tinto Exploration Pty Ltd.

Bruce has general and project engineering experience including servicing the mining industry prior to joining Rio Tinto. He has extensive experience in major project approvals, government, community and indigenous relations and the media.

Ben Bartholemaeus - Non-Executive Director

Ben is the Chief Executive Officer of DR Capital Pty Ltd, the private family office of Denby Roberts (the daughter of the late John Roberts, founder of Multiplex Group).

Prior to his current role, Ben was the Chief Operating Officer at Wyllie Group. Before joining the Wyllie Group, Ben practised as a corporate lawyer with leading Australian law firm, Clayton Utz.

Ben has been a non-executive director on the Boards of public and private companies, not for profit associations and professional associations.

He holds a combined law and commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course and holds a graduate certificate in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA.

John Edwards - Non-Executive Director

An oil and gas subsea leader with over 30 years' global experience. John has worked in Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and the US.

John has led highly successful start-up expansions, including ROV provider Canyon Offshore, one of the world's leading ROV and Seabed Trenching companies, before selling the business to Helix Energy Services in 2002. John then went on to establish TSMarine APAC in Western Australia in 2007. He became the CEO of TSMarine in 2012, leading further business expansion internationally before the business was acquired by Fugro. Since then, John has served as CEO of Fugro-TSM.

Danek Liwszyc - Non-Executive Director

Danek graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the West Australian Institute of Technology in 1974. Most of his working life has been spent working in mechanical design across a variety of industries.

Since 1995 Danek has established a number of companies specializing in UHP Water Jetting. These businesses have provided cutting and blasting services for the Oil & Gas, Mining and Construction Industries. This has included the design of remotely operated tools for use in sub-sea cutting and other large scale cutting projects. In 2002 his company won the "Best Application" category at the National Instrument conference Texas for a Sub-Sea Remote Cut Monitoring System.

Michael Mansell - Chief Executive Officer

Michael is an experienced business executive, spending 10 years with one of Australia's largest and most reputable Marine companies. During this time Michael was responsible for managing one of the largest businesses in the company which consisted of both Australian and overseas operations.

Since joining the iasgroup, Michael has been responsible for strong and sustainable growth of the business in the Energy and Resources sector, with key focuses on building a client orientated culture, industry leading capability and best practice project execution.

Michael brings considerable knowledge on program, product and service delivery and has also held directorships at both a company and industry level. Michael has a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.

Rob Taylor - Chief Financial Officer

Rob has been involved in financial services and management for over 25 years, in a diverse range of industries with some of Australia's most recognised companies such as Linfox, Ericsson, Foodland, Price Waterhouse and Australian Capital Equity.

Rob is an experienced Chief Financial Officer, however has also held a number of executive commercial management roles giving him a very good perspective on how an organisation can maximise value whilst ensuring the right systems are in place to effectively build a defendable and scalable business.
